It's a very serious problem...I have seen too many cases of it ..and it is so sad and so unfair for the babies...

What do you think? Have you ever seen a baby born addicted to drugs? You have a choice to use drugs, why would you take away a child's choice to live a drug free life. Babies born addicted have a very hard start in life and their mothers should be thrown in prison for the rest of their natural lives. There are so many people in the world who pay BIG money for a chance to have a child and they put their selves through hell tring to have a child and then you got mothers who are blessed by a child and don't give a crap about them or what they will go through because of their parents addiction. Sadly the child's problem don't end at birth, most kids grow up watching drug use and most end up abusing drugs because that is what they know. I wish there was a way to stop pregnant mothers from using, but that would be like tring to get politicians to tell the truth.

Very serious. Depending on the drug each had different side effects. If drugs are used while preg. I think they are just killing their child and should get their *** kicked. Why do you think so many children come out and have to go through rehab and withdraws. That can seriously affect that child if it lives through it permanently. Okay i'm done sorry just got a bit worked up. I have worked with many children who have disabilities caused by this it just pisses me off.

well if you do drugs when you have a child that child can easily get taken away from you, while growing the child? It is a really selfish thing that you wouldn't stop for your child. It can damage the foetus and the mother too. In saying that however I realise that drugs are hard to come off!

dont even think about smoking or taking drugs if you are pregnant ,how can you even ask this question
all drugs,and alcohol will affect the baby ,whatever is in the mothers bloodstream gets to the baby,also loud noises and arguments will affect the baby physiologically

it doesnt take a genius to know that any search you do.. to look that up will tellya its nottt good....depends on what drug too...and how much of it is being used..if your are gonna consider alchol as a drug..well thats allowed in moderation..you are able to have a glass of wine while pregnant its good for the blood but you get drunk thats a different story...you get high on crack or coke thats different...especially in hte first few months...of pregnancy...definatley can cuz birth defects....

if the lady is a crack head her baby will suffer from withdrawls low birth weight learning disabilities and a slew or **** i think if you are doing drugs stop give your baby the best chance of life without ******* them up before they even make it into the world

EXTREMELY serious. There is unending proof of what happens to children. It is beyond serious, it is out of control.
