Find a lens type that is available in both color and clear or "visibility tinted" and is comfortable to you.
Many manufacturers will offer "trial lenses" in colors if you purchase the clear / visi lenses first, hoping that you will purchase additional lenses for cosmetic reasons.
There is no real difference in the actual colors and the healthiness of the lens. The difference is in the size, curve and material of the lenses.

I don't think the color of them does any "good" for the eyes, but the color does no harm either. The color is for cosmetic reasons only. The prescription of the lens is what helps vision.

It depends really on your skin tone and hair colour, for instant. Raven hairs with pale skin would look fantastic in dark browns, greens and light blues. Red heads looks especially good in green coloured tones. Anyway. Hope this helps.

Clear is the best sometimes the colored ones get a little distorted when you shift your change of view.Plus just ware what god gave you.He wouldn't of made you that way if he didn't think you were beautiful!

Clear. I wear clear so that I wont have to walk around looking like if God gave me a color that he really didn't.

if ur eyes color is blue then the light brown works for them, it looks sexy:)

before people start wondering that ur eye color keeps changing every now n then stick to ur own eye color...go fr transparent lenses.u mite waste ur money on a color n end up not liking it...so dnt go fr colored lenses.n besides....god knows wat looks d best on us..n trust me....d natural eye color is d coolest!!!
