Of course, in fact it's good for you to get out and moving. Might even help with cramping. Just make sure to drink pleanty of water to keep you hydrated.

Not only can you jog but you can go to school and go on dates and skate and watch tv and hang out with friends. it's a part of life the only thing you shouldn't do is go on safari, swim in the ocean or at all really.

Actually exercise is good when you are on your period. Exercise helps release endorphins which actually makes you feel a bit better. Hope this helps :)

Yes, you can do any physical exercise during that time of the month. It actually helps it.
