Lost 30 seats in the House. Lost 4-6 seats in the Senate (some votes still being counted in Montana and Virginia). Lost 8 governor seats.
So, not so much a win for the Republican party as a whole.
But in individual races, there are at least 1 or 2 where a Republican beat out a Democratic incumbent, so you could count that as a victory if you want.
