Don't twist the word "Shorty", it is simply a compliment, and girls LOVE to hear a compliments. Shorty, means good looking, that is all. I guess that guy did not mean to annoy you or insult your sister.

It means you are looking for a fight - how do you know he was even talking to YOU or about Your Sister? and what's with the racial Black comment- would it matter if the guy was white and said that, or would you have not even written the question if the guy was white?

She may know the man. they could have mutuak friends. I does not mean he is poking her or anything like that. assuming that your sister is just younger than you. not little little!
