most likely it will kill sperm. exposure to air, changes in temp, changes in ph levels, time, all kill sperm. sperm is senstive it needs conditions to be perfect for its survial. i'm not sure why you are asking but this cannot some how in a werid way be used for birthcontrol if that is your concern.

YES, urine can and will kill sperm...because of the acids that is in the urine, BUT, please don't go peeing in the woman vagina, i know a guy that did that, not only did he get punched in the face by the lady, he also got with her medical bills
