If you are in general good health, there shouldn't be any reason not to have a healthy pregnancy for both you and the baby. You aren't to the age where they begin to worry about "optional testing". They usually don't start that until after you turn 35.
I'm sure you remember the basics...eat healthy, no smoking, no drinking, healthy stress levels (like that's happening with three teenagers), take your prenatals and get enough rest (refer to previous comment about teenagers).
You can't really compare one pregnancy to the next. I'm sure you had similarities and difference with all of your pregnancies.
As we get a little bit older it can sometimes make you wonder..."Was it this hard before? Did that hurt before? Where did that come from? Where did that go?".
You are still way young enough to be having more babies. Lots of women wait until now to even begin.
All though you are walking a fine line of insanity for starting all over again!

It shouldn't its normally a worry when women conceive their first baby after 36 years old as this isn't your first pregnancy you should be fine, If you are to concerned then see your doctor as they will be the best one to tell you about health issues and can monitor your health and your pregnancy. Congratulations and best wishes. It should be fine and seems you have a trend going. Be careful there may be another one after this one in 11 months. I'm sure everything will be fine so don't stress until you know there is something to worry about.

33 is a good age to have a child-however the spacing of your children is not forth coming on your health-as you waited only 2 months and got pregnant straight away-and did this 3 times...if you dont mind me asking....how did you manage? being pregnant for 3 years in a row..wauw...plus you are going for round two, if I were you I would give your body atleast two years break after this pregnancy before having another baby-congratulations and good luck

If you have already had three children then you KNOW it won't adversely your health. But with your age increasing so does the age of the eggs you carry. Chances for a child with birth defects are also increasing. YOU or you DH may want to consider birth control or a permanent fix.

1. You both need to improve your economic conditions so that you can bring up all children well.
2. Elder children need career guidance. They must also help mother so that you don't get tired too much.
3.You both need to consult lady doctor so that your health remains ok during your last pregnancy and you deliver a health baby.
