Canada is a beautiful place, been there several times. I have several friends that I communicate in this forum from Canada. I'm a compassionate Liberal myself, but America is best lead by Democrats. I'm not against fighting for our Country when it comes down to it, but invading Iraq without WMD's wasn't a valid reason. I don't agree with George Bush nor his father before hims actions and direction they have lead America too.

No doubt about it Australia we have learned from your mistakes,we have enough natural resources to last for years , we don't share our borders with any other country,we have a fantastic medical system, a great standard of living and yes we have a very strict immigration policy and only let the people in that we want and you dont have to be rich to get in you just have intergate with all races and religons.
Sorry years ago USA might of been the greatest country in the world but you couldnt pay me a million bucks to live or visit there but I do like yanks so you can visit us any time and see how the other half live.

The USA is the place to be.
Canada would be the second choice.
Thanks to their own failures, oversights, we do not have to conjure up ideas, nor face anything like Hitler's Germany, or Mussollini's Italy.

I have been to most of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. If I had a choice, I would live in The Netherlands as they are a tolerant country (unlike our Puritanism bull-crap). Alas, I was born here so I am not going anyplace.
Canada is not a bad country. Frankly, having traveled extensively, the days where most of the world think the the US is the best place in the world, are over.

A country controlled by compassionate liberal Democrats may look like France in the 40s
A country controlled by Republicans may look like America today, minus 1 of 3 branches
I prefer America

Born and raised in Europe, traveled extensively. Most countries are nice to visit but nothing beats the USA. I must admit that I have never visited Saudi Arabia or Iran so I am not fully informed. Those countries might be lovely to live in especially for a woman!!!!!!!!!!
