They both have objective lenses (what your looking at), and they both have ocular lenses (the ones near the eye)
The primary difference is the focal length- a telescope for all practical purposes has an infinite focal length. A Microscope has a very finite focal length, usually measured in millimeteres

The Focal Length (distance from the Focal Point to the lens) is VERY different. The Focal Point of a Telescope may be very far away. But the Focal Point of a Microscope may be only a fraction of an inch away. Also, the Telescope has a much larger aperature (lens diameter) to allow it to capture the tiny amount of natural light at the Focal Point. A microscope usually illuminates the Focal Point with artificial illumination.

The primary difference in the two is that microscopes use lenses and telescopes use mirrors (sometimes a lens on the eyepiece)
Also, the angles of curvature for the mirrors and lenses are another key difference.

Do your own homework! Seriously, just google telescope and microscope and READ about them. How lazy can you be? While you're at it, learn how to spell science.
