A question does not arise unless an answer is required!

Although there are a few questions that man can't satisfactorily answer, even such questions came up b'cas someone wanted an answer.

If an answer is not required, then nobody would make a question. All there is would just be a statement containing some information.

Well, would any of us make a question just to make a question?
