You may be one of the many that has a problem with glutten (sp?). Thats in alot of things made of grain, like bread, noodles ect. Cu t that out and see what happens.

maybe you're lactose intolerant. 1 in 4 american adults is. try lactaid pills next time you're eating dairy. if it makes a difference...you probably are. i've learned to love soy products...maybe you should too.
