Obama is still too inexperienced. He's popular, but is still a newcomer. On the other hand, he wouldn't face a lot of the opposition that hillary would face. Maybe clinton with obama as a running mate? That would be interesting.

Both of those candidates are terrible because neither has accomplished anything noteworthy. Obama has yet to complete a single term in the Illinois state senate, and Hillary Clinton has simply rode her husband Bill's political success into her seat in congress. In my opinion both candidates would be in way over their heads with what is currently happening overseas as well as with the pending reforms within the states.
If either of those candidates end up running on the Democratic ticket I will anticipate another Republican victory.
It appears that the Democrats prefer charisma as one of the top qualities for a candidate to possess. History has shown that charisma is not needed to win an election. If the Democrats hope to win they better choose better candidates than the ones you mentioned above.

Obama. He may be black, but Hillary is a woman AND a Clinton. The good old boys and girls out there hate her for no real reason. I agree that she's a very good politician, but she can't win because of that irrational hatred. And Obama is very attractive, well-spoken, thoughtful, smart--and male.
I am a life-long feminist, but practically speaking, Hillary cannot win. It's not fair, but it's true. This makes me sad.
However, I am celebrating the fact that we now will have the first woman Speaker of the House of Representatives in American history. I'm proud to be one of the many volunteers who made over 7 million phone calls to get out the vote on behalf of MoveOn.org.

Netta no problem as I am neither racist or one who bashes gender. So not to worry.
We need a true leader not George W. wishy washy at best as his father was, but a true conservitive that believes in the principles of liberty freedom from our own government no socialist programs (socialist security, welfare examples) but a government that is not out of our control. One that does not look on us as sheep and them the sheppard but one that we say what goes on and what does not.

Neither. Hillary is god-awful. All men hate her plus women despise her for letting Bill fool around behind her back. Obama is way too inexperienced plus he's black. There goes the racist vote.
I say it needs to be Al Gore.

Barack Obama, would be the better choice. He could restore respect, dignity, and some class to the title of the presidency. The likes of which we haven't seen since the time of JFK.
Please, please. NO more Bushes. Two of them were two too many.
