Not quite sure.. but if you are looking to add fibre to your diet and use psyllium husk to detox your colon.. you can try this product that I am taking called Fibre Plus.. contains psyllium husks as well..
Fibre Plus is $48 for a box of one lasting for about a month.

Mustapha Centre. Check out their upstairs supermarket. I saw one couple buying several boxes worth. If you are new to it, try Fibogel (Orange Flavored) sold in most pharmacies including Mustapha.
