Happiness is a chemical as well as an electrical transmission process and an intire set of life's delt cards being processed at incredible speeds. To create the final picture as we are able to perceive it.An to add what could be refured to as touch ups.But the essence of of happiness is a deep rooted affinity for another human. And the wonderful ability to deliver smiles, the little sparks to enlighten every ones day!

We need to realize that we have the ability to make difficult choices in our lives ... choices that will lead to our happiness even though they may not please someone else. Many people base their happiness on pleasing others, because it feels good to receive external approval. But that feeling is fleeting and doesn't last. It's very important to understand that we control the decisions we make. Whether or not we are happy depends upon us and no one else.”

Happiness is the world being the exact way that it NEEDS to be. Sometimes it's the way you want it. Sometimes Happiness surprises you. But it is always perfect. Always exact.

happiness comes from content and confidence in yourself. I have been just as happy living in the mountains, chopping my firewood, getting water from a spring, and living with lanterns as I have been living in the city with all the modern tech you could want. peace of mind with your self is the key. when you have this you understand people and things come and go.

I think happiness is the realization that one has the sort of mind to ask questions such as these.
But then, you're probably going to get answers such as, "My Playstation makes me happy"
To each his or her own, I suppose.
