You IDIOTS think an "ENTIRE" race is muscular or not?
You all must have a dead brains. It depends the "INDIVIDUAL", Black or Latino to be muscular or sexy. I have seen fat *** Latinos with no shape at all and Blacks as well. IT IS HOW YOU take care of your @ss,, that is all folks. Muscularity HAS NOTHING to do with race, though I haven't seen a thin person from West Africa, or Samoa.

Who is more Muscular would probably be Blacks, But Latinos know what to do with it. They use it better

blacks are more muscular, latinos are sexier BY FAR. Nothing hotter than a latin man... WHEW!!! They are so hot. if you ask me, I'd say they are the real reason for global warming. :)
