They make them as big as 870MB, but they are fairly hard to find. Here is some for sale though, just to prove they exist:http://www.shoptronics.com/new8799min40.html

i think i have used ones with 800mb maximum
the extra space can be use with the overburn features of cd writer

there is dvd 4.7 gb but you need a dvd writer
