Eat some crackers before you even get out of bed. There are also these things called preggie pops. they are usually around the checkout counter at babies r us. they really helped my sister not feel like crap all day long.

Ugh, I know the feeling. Try Preggie Pops, the lavender ones are the best.
Yet, here is the best weapon against NVP you will ever find -
Doxylamine succinate and pyridoxine hydrochloride. These can be found at your local pharmacy, the former sold as Unisom (or some generic brand of sleep aid). Read the box to make sure it's *doxylamine succinate* and not diphenhydramine hydrochloride, which is just Benadryl (don't take Benadryl during pregnancy). The latter you will find in the vitamin section - it's Vitamin B6.
Take half of a 25mg doxylamine tablet and a 50mg pyridoxine tablet (or half of a 100mg tablet) twice a day, one after you wake up and one right before bed. You'll get a bit drowsy at first, but that will pass. In about a week your nausea will have cleared up. Keep taking these, though, or your NVP will creep back into your life.

Congratulations on your pregnancy, unfortunatly you have the bad spell of morning sickness which can really make the first trimester a bummer. I had this server morning sickness or should I say all day everyday sickness with my first pregnancy, the weeks just didn't go fast enough. It should hopefully ease by week 12 the start of your second trimester.
You can ask your doctor for maxalon, a wonderful pill, its the same pill or drug given befoe morphine to stop the sickness that can sometimes occur after such a affective drug.
Ginger is a wonderful natural remidy, nibble on gingernuts or something of the sort before getting out of bed in the morning.
Tips for morning sickness.
*Eat some dry toast BEFORE you get ou of bed. This lifts your sugar level.
*On the other hand you could try having a light snack before going to bed.
*Instead of eating three main meals, try eating more frequantly, smaller meals which are high in carbohydrates. Even simply eating a banana will help maintain your blood sugar level.
*Try cutting out fats from your diet while you are experiencing morning sickness. The amount of whole milk, cheeses and eggs may affect your nausea so try to cut back.
*Avoid strong odurs, stuffy rooms and smoky places.
*Keep you stomach partly full all day by snacking on dry biscuits between meals.
*Ginger/ seasick acupressure bands may be helpful.
*Your doctor or midwife may recommend vitamin B supplements which have been shown to be helpful with morning sickness.
I wish you all the very best and hope that the morning sickness eases very soon as I personal understand how much it can take over your life. Every time your sick try not to get to depressed about it as you need to remember that just because you are serverly sick your baby is growing healthy and this will be worth it in the long run. Your doing a huge job and hopefull it will become much more enjoyable very soon. Best of luck.

Here is what I did...I was not sure it would work but it did. I hope it works for you. Each morning before I even sat up in bed I would eat a few saltine crackers. Then I would slowly sit up in the bed and just sit there for about 5 minutes. After that I would get ready as usual and then eat breakfast, either cereal or eggs and toast. I would always keep any kind of snacks with me and eat several snacks throughout the day even if I was not hungry. Then for dinner I would eat whatever I could manage to keep down and afterward eat a bowl of ice cream. Ice cream seems to help settle my stomach too. Good Luck, hope this helps.

you have to find what works for you. My doctor told me to pop some popcorn at night before i went to bed and put it on the nightstand. When I awaken, eat some (unsalted) 30 minutes before i get up, don't drink. Supposed to absorb the acids to help it pass. Worked sometimes. My last preganancy, only thing that helped was oddly, bananas. I'd eat 4 or 5 a day. Dry toast supposed to help too. I really think there isn't much you can really do physically, I think it's all in your mindset on if you gonna be sick today, but the above stuff might help some. Hang in there, it goes away after 3 months.

Congrats on being pregnant. Unfortunately, morning sickness or all day in your case, happens all the time. Have you tried just eating saltine crackers. It might work for.
Good Luck and Good Health

Not completely. I found that eating crackers, or other bland foods and having several small meals a day to ease it a bit. The trick is to always have something in your stomach. Small amounts

Oh man I was so sick with both of my kids. Constantly too. My doctor told me to take Vitamin B6 with a half of a tablet of Unisom. I even had to go look in the cabinet for you! I could remember the names of them. But it worked. It made me tired obvioiusly... but it helped! Other than that I had a hard time. I just had to eat crackers... and sleep alot. I hate that part.

I had the same issue with both of my pregnancies I found that chewing on crystallized ginger works the best or try putting some in a cup of tea and then chew on it after it softens up a bit.

I feel for you honey. Try nibbling on some soda crackers and sip on some sprite. If that doesn't ease it ask your doctor and will write you a prescription for it but, they are used up the backside because most can't keep them orally.
