Very happy. For the time being. We will see just how effective they are in the coming months. I hope this message is heeded by the minority in the House and Senate, and that they will work bipartisanly to make the progress that is needed in this nation. There is much to do to clean up the mess that the now former administration has created.
Let's wish the new Congress good luck with that.

Nope. Not at all. The only three things I'm unhappy about really are:

1. Claire McCaskill won
2. Blagojevich won
3. Amendment 2 passed

I am a republican as I'm sure you can tell. Of course I wish that the Republicans had control of Congress, but I also realize that many people are tired of Bush and it was eventually going to happen. It's alright, because we'll have our turn again someday.

One thing I AM happy about is Arnold Schwartzinegger (i don't think I spelled that right...?) won!!! Yay!! The Termintor lives!!!!!

I'm not really happy with the results, but I am satisfied that there will be a change. The current regime is not doing a thing but creating more problems. Personally, we need to get the old school cronies with their tangled web of political and corporate ties out of the arena, and get a huge amount of plain old no-name Americans who want to make a difference in there.

Georgia: winner desires 50%-plus-a million extra vote; a third-celebration candidate peeled off approximately 200,000 votes, so Democrat Jim martin, a Vietnam vet, is working against Saxby Chambliss, a guy who have been given 6 -- SIX -- exemptions from the draft whilst Martin and that i and a million different troops have been serving "over there." How ever did Chambliss get into the Senate interior the 1st place? happy you asked! i would be happy to respond to: there replaced into yet another Vietnam vet named Max Cleland who replaced into the Democratic Senator from Georgia from 1996 till 2002. bear in techniques: Max Cleland is a TRIPLE AMPUTEE... he has ONE arm and that's it. he misplaced his 2 legs and a million arm in Vietnam. He replaced into the top of the Veteran's administration before he replaced right into a Senator. Then in 2002, whilst max ran for re-election, Chambliss did the main vicious slime interest EVER on Max, equating Max with terrorism! And the stupid Georgians "offered it." Now Chambliss is sliming Jim Martin. MY call for that evil villain: Saxoshyt Shameless. we are able to basically desire and pray that without the third celebration candidate in this race, the runoff on December 2d will teach Jim Martin to be the hot Georgia Senator. yet that brings me to a tragic, unhappy component in time, as i'm reminded of ways LOW John McCain has sunk, whilst he would tout an entire, complete unadulterated piece o' crap like Chambliss over an honorable guy, a Vietnam vet; and McCain knows that Chambliss slimed Max Cleland: it somewhat is the ideal info, IF there had ever been any doubt, that John "Ye Olden Mavericke" McCain has bought HIS SOUL to The dark component. Ya be attentive to, there are issues which you do on your celebration, and then there are issues which you do through fact your ethical experience dictates which you do the astounding element, celebration be-damned. yet nooooooo, McCain does not have a ethical experience to any extent further. in line with probability he misplaced it in one among his 7 properties and he can no longer discover it! in line with probability it replaced into offered and paid for by potential of any sort of p.c... Who knows? the unhappy element, if he ever had one, it replaced into so in the past that he's forgotten what it is desire to have one. unhappy. this manner of distinctive individual than he replaced into in 2000.

Ecstatic! I was up all night and had to nap today. The results came in late but it was worth every minute of waiting to see both houses of Congress go to the Democrats. Sec. Rummy getting booted out was like a Christmas gift! Even Laura Bush has been trying to throw him out. I am feeling more confident and positive already about our future! Dancing in the streets!!!

Very happy. Dubya's cabinet is next to fall. It's going to be cut and run until the last poor sap still there will be the fall guy for the Iraq mess we are in. W's legacy, besides being a doofus, will have the blood of 2800 (and counting) soldiers on his hands.

All I know is that all of the uneducated people who didn't go to college are stuck in Iraq. So the "smart" ones MUST be in the senate.

Wait, did I make a joke??

So sorry if I offended anyone. I REALLY meant that W is uneducated and dumb! Ugh! I'll probably get a lot of thumbs down for this one. *sarcasm*
