The best thing to do is try to squeeze it out in a hot shower. I wouldn't pump because it can cause early labor. I have had the same problem and it isn't safe to pump until you are at least 36 weeks along. At that point, you can save it but any longer than that and it will get freezer burned.

Congratulations on your pregnancy, it is possible to massage your breasts to make them a little more comfortable but you shouldnt express it as it can induce labour and also you may loose the best colostrum for your baby if you expres to much, you also need to remember that there is a chance of it refilling more after expressing, To reduce streach marks on your breasts moisterise them and while doing that massage them so the drip a little, to much stimulation can induce labour and bring more down.
*Make sure you pack panadol in your labour bag because this is just the colostrum and if they are painful now it will be very painful and uncomfortable when your milk comes down as it has to produce more then your baby needs to make sure there is enough for the baby, after a week it should settle down but the first week will be quite uncomfortable, so just be prepared with the panadol and very comfortable bra's.*
You shouldn't pump your breast and when your baby is born you can only keep breast milk for 24 hours in the fridge and shouldn't express to much during that first week, ofcourse enough to ease the pain but for every bit you remove it fills with that and a half until your body knows how much to produce for your baby, the first week or so it a trial to get the right amount.
I hope I haven't scared you but I remember the first time my milk came down and I thought it was to much to handle and I wasn't allowed much panadol because the midwifes were to busy with others so I really recommend you take some if you don't use it the so be it but you may need it and you'll be thankful you took it.
Good luck and best wishes. Enjoy your remaining months, I am currently 5 months also and my breast fill one at a time so its filling constantly as its one then the other. Draining. Take care.

Congrats on the pregnancy. Sounds like you won't have any trouble with supplying your baby with 'liquid gold'! I don't know if you are already breastfeeding an older child but some of the information regarding breastfeeding and pregnancy will be relevant in your situation if you're thinking about pumping.
The only prob I could see with pumping now is that your supply may be too much for your newborn which of course can be easily adjusted by letting your baby feed according to need and limiting your pumping.
Breastmilk can be stored (see second link) for 6-12mths in a deep freeze (-18 degrees Celsius).
Good luck!

I never had that happened. But what I can tell you is nipple stimulation like that can make labor come. Which can be very bad at this point. I would suggest calling your doctor tomorrow and seeing what you can do. It shouldnt be painful like that yet. It should just be leaking off and on. I feel so bad for you! I have had two babies and had to have the milk come in after and let it go away and that is so painful and a pain in the butt! So I feel for you!

If you start pumping regularly, your going to have a pretty annoying task to do regulary since your babys not born yet. If you leave it in there and you get engorged, then you could get a fever/infection. Good question though. You need to ask your midwife or OB. Warm showers help.

My breasts also were full of milk early on. Try warm showers and not rubbing your nipples a lot and ask your obgyn for more tips. But do not store the breast milk. You should know before you have your baby that breast milk spoils just like formula. Just hang in there and good luck.

Well I know if you start pumping now, the milk will start producing more and more. I had the same problem. I had to bind my breasts.

Take an ace bandage and wrap your chest. This will help you from filling up too much and relieve some tension.

Call La Leche League in your area. They have the best answers, probably even better than your OB......
