An Alcohol and Drug counselor. I wanted to work with people showing them the effects their disease has on family members. I went to college for 2 years, but had to quit because of financial issues. I still would love to do this job, but need more education. Maybe, hopefully someday my dream job will come true.

Marine biologist, first--I wanted to be part of therapy programs that train willing, wild dolphins to help disabled kids, especially autisic. Then I wanted to be a falconer, and send hawks out to scare pigeons and gulls away from airport runways. Then I went to college and got a degree in graphic design, and in so doing, discovered that I most definitely didn't want to be a professional graphic artist. I had a few jobs of different sorts over the years both before and after graduating college, and hated even the ones I found some enjoyment in. Then I got married. And in the five and a half years since, I've come to find that I'm unspeakably happy as a "professional" housewife, deliberately pursuing ways to actively help and lift up the one person I care most about in all the world, even as he lifts me up. To paraphrase the band Burlap to Cashmere, he has one wing, I have the other; like one angel we will fly... :-)
