Most definitely. Most women I know (including myself) just *felt* pregnant before even missing a period or peeing on a stick.

You positively glow. You feel have these bouts of euphoria. Your breasts get swollen and tender, and you get a bit bloaty. You'll need to urinate a lot because of the hormones. Oh and fatigue. Lots of that, and possible dizzyness, too.

If you remotely suspect you're pregnant, now would be a good time to start taking folic acid. After your first missed period, a pee on a stick test should answer your question for sure, but if you just can't wait, go to the doctor and have a blood test done. Good luck!

You also realize its flu season right? So that can be a big thing. The best thing you can do for your body right now is just forget about it. Let your period come. If you miss it then start thinking about the pregnancy other than that dont stress your body out so it gets sick or makes your period later than it should be. The tests cant tell if your pregnant yet either cause there isnt enough hormones in the pee. So you just gotta wait it out. Sorry honey.

I have another related question. My fiancé and I recently had sex where he did not withdraw completely. I am on the pill, Ortho. My period came right on time, with normal flow for the first two day, the third day was very light, and fourth day hardly anything. I am usually pretty steady right up until the night of the fourth day. My breasts are not tender, I do not have headaches, I do not really “feel pregnant” nor have I really felt sick. My stomach has been upset the past couple of days though, gasy, and I seem to be peeing more than usual. Has anyone ever still had their period while on the pill, and pregnant? Was it short like mine just was?

You want to know the weriest thing, one day a couple of days before I found out that I was pregnant with my first child. I was talking to a friend and all of a sudden I blurted out the words I am pregnant, and this was before I found out I was pregnant. I think it was just a couple of days. Now you want to talk about weird, my body and my mind knew it but I was just too dumb to realize it. But anyway good luck. Maybe you should take one of those clearblue test that test 4 days before your missed period. If not wait until your period and if it doesn't come go to your gyno and get a blood test, because a blood test is most accurate when it comes to you hcg levels. Good luck and God Bless.

My first sign was frequent urination, days before my period was supposed to start. I took the test early and it came out positive. I'm 17 weeks now. I'd give it some more time and buy another test, most of the time if your period hasn't started it will be hard to get a positive result even if you are pregnant.
