why is it that every year life gets harder?

it used to be that every year was better for me, but I stopped dreaming. why?

Actually, for me it's getting better as time goes by. We have to learn to assert ourselves and deal with problems as they arise so that we feel hopeful and in control, as much as possible, of our future.

Coz each year people gets older, right? In certain age, started at mid 20's, people become more realistic, so they don't dream anymore. And the older you are, the more pressure from your surroundings to do things people of your age should do. That's why children is sooooo happy 'coz they don't have any expectation from their surrounding to do something. But it's not like I wanna be a child again though.. ;p

Maybe you've realized that life is not a piece of cake? That doesn't mean though that you have to look at everything "half empty. Surround yourself by good friends, treat yourself good, and try to be positive. If none of these don't work, find out what is really bringing you down and change it. Good luck.

You must be in your mid to late 20's. It gets better when you're in your 30's and even better when you're in your 40's.
