Depending where you live. Here in Australia you would be able to get a job at that age at Big W or Woolworths or something like that. They are always looking for new staff. I'm not sure about other countries though - try BIG discount stores or something like that and you might have some luck.
You could try do some volunteer work somewhere every now and then so it looks impressive to have some experience in different areas on your resume.

14 is a good age to start working. It means your dedicated and want to make money for your self. You should ask the neighbors if they need help raking leaves or babysitting. Start of small asking $5 an hour. In no time you will have the cash you need.

you can get a school based apprentiship at 14 or a job at 15 but dont drop out of school i did now im stuffed

Try grocery store...bagging grocery. Thats about all I can think of that will hire that young.
