Use an antibacterial soap for your body especially on your chest part to keep dust, dirt ad oil from clogging your pores and creating pimples. Then, you may use a facial cleanser/ astringent like proactive or clearasil on your chest part then spot treat the pimples with an anti-acne oinment that both proactiv and clearasil have.
The key is to keep your skin clean at all times and to be consistent with your skin care regimen. Diet may also help by eating more green salads, fruits, and drinking plenty of water. Less with the fried foods.
Stress is also a stimulant of acne so it's good to have a good night sleep as much as possible.
Acne (especially for adults) are sometimes more than skin. It's a mix and match of diet, hygiene, and lifestyle.
Take care and good luck!

No, ice is used to decrease swelling especially the bags under your eyes. It works a treat for that. get a bowl and fill it with VERY hot water, then put your head over it, not in it, and cover your head with a towel so the steam can get into your pores. Then wipe your face so it wipes away all the dirt then wash with cold water to close the pores. You could then try a deep sea or mint tea tree wash or just use normal soap and rise this off again with cold water. I've always used this to maintain my clear skin. This probably wont work if it's serious acne but it will with pimples. If it's serious acne, you need to go to your doctors for treatment.

Any topical cream that contains 10% benzylperoxide. Galderm make a good one. Buy it from the chemist and apply in the morning and at night for about three days, Should dry the pimples up and they disappear.

Proactiv makes a product called Clear Zone Body Pads, which are little disposable cloth pads that are pre-soaked in a solution with salicylic acid (acne medication). All you have to do is wipe your skin with one of them, maybe once or twice a day, and give it a minute to dry. Way easier than a cleanser.

Best product I've found for my whole body (including face) is Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash. Use it with a plastic mesh pouf and rub it in gently in circular motion all over your body once a day. It's amazing. If you still have a few blemishes (they will take a while to clear), hasten the healing by using Neutrogena On-the-Spot vanishing cream on them. And no, I do NOT work for the company.

just get acne medication from a store. like acne medicated pads or cream to put on them. just use it according to the directions and eat healthy and they will disappear. if its really serious you can make an appointment with a dermatologist and they can prescribe even stronger medication that works really well. but over the counter stuff should fix the problem.

Go to your doctor and ask her about an acne controller called Tazorac. It's very good! I give it to my patients all the time!
