Love Hina would be no doubt the best Romance ive seen. The anime of it should be ignored though. The author of Love Hina also made a manga before Love Hina called "A.I. Love You". Not as good as Hina. But it's still worth reading.
Karin (Chibi Vampire in the manga) is one im currently watching. Pretty average romance so its still good enough to watch in the end. Only the parts about how they totally warped the facts about Vampires is one that bugs me really.
Princess Tutu is a cute little romance that involves ballet. I admit, it was boring at first. But it got really interesting when the story progressed. But as a male recommending this. Im sure any girl would find the boring first episodes not so boring.
I do not like Negima that much. But its yet another romance story. But its more harem style. So watch if you feel lucky.
Diamond Daydreams is another decent romance. Although this one involves different girls. A different story for each girl per 2 episodes.
