What is the best way to reduce my stomach fat after a c-section. I had one about 15 months ago and my stomach is just slumped over. It wasn't like that before pregnancy.

I am so sorry to tell you that it will never go away without surgery. I've had 2 c-sections and my stomach is hanging over my pubic bone. I was a size 4 before the surgeries and now I am a size 12 in my stomach only and a size 4 everywhere else. I have tried pilates, crunches and nothing and it sucks. They cut my stomach muscles and they just hang there like an apron. I've asked dermatologists about tightening the skin and they informed me that it is not skin that is hanging down, it is your damaged muscles with a little bit of skin. I am now saving money for a tummy tuck because I cry on a daily basis that I can't fit into my clothes and am ashamed to be nude in front of my husband where before i would prance around in the buff. If you do decide to get surgery please research your doctor thoroughly and make sure he is legitamate.

I wish you well,

Aliyah

Do Some Crunches Or Sit-Ups In The Morning. If That Doesn't Work.. There's Always Tummy Tucks!

Me too: but mine was years ago..still caused a small overlap of stomach over the incision.. I never did get rid of it and I tried everything..

I lost a lot of weight, went to the gym..still no luck

The muscles are cut and it's hard to build up when it's like that

I finally went for surgery, that fixed it!(tummy tuck)
