You should not be upset about your size unless it is slowing you down in different activities that you particapate in. If your weight slows you down and affects your daily actions and routines then you should be upset. As long as you feel good about yourself and you know that your health is not in danger than continue to be the beautiful person that you say you are. Dont worry about what other people have to say about, because then you will never be able to except yourself for the way you are. People are always going to have something to say no matter if you weigh 300 pounds or 135pounds, thats why if your comfortable and your health is not at risk then keep on living!!!!!!!!!!!

impressive answer Sgt. Sarcasm, and properly reported. actual curvy women folk have exterior curves AND interior curves. obese women folk... people rather purely have exterior curves that meet at creases. they are actually not lots curvy as they are lumpy. LOL i know it particularly is harsh yet serves them good for calling themselves curvy while they are actually not. Curvy people have two times the style of curves as those with creases. What shape is curvier? An S or a B? Curvy women folk are S's and fat women folk are B's.

I can't tell you whether you should be upset, but can read that you "are" upset..........it's even harder when you used to be as you say beautiful...
What about your health?? Nothing to do with beautiful at one time..now you're obese, you say, that's not healthy.
You want quality years from now on, and being obese won't do that for you, health wise.
Loose some weight, be happy..
go for it!

You shouldn't be upset because of who you are!! I am 40 and over weight by about 50 pounds. Don't be uspet about your body. My husband likes me for who I am including my body and thinks I am sexy even though I was skinner when I met him than I am now. He looks at other things not my weight even though he likes my body now. With all that said. I would eventually like to reduce my weight because I want to be healthy for me not because I am worried about what other people think about me. Do it for youself and don't worry about what others think. Just remember the healthy you are the longer your life can be!!

If you feel extremey beautiful do not reduce weight at all. but if your B/F says reduce, check with your doctor/ftness trainer whether you have to trim some body fat.
