how accurate are they? my boyfriend and i hadnt been 2gether for 4 months i started dating someone else. i need to know how accure this ultrasound is. it says i am 8 weeks and 2 days on november 2, 2006

Your doctor should have made you aware that eight weeks pregnancy means you conceived six weeks ago, as pregnancies are measured from the start of your last normal period. Hope that helps you figure out the dates. That early in the pregnancy they are pretty darned accurate.

I think they are pretty accurate. According to my results with my pregnancy i had my son at 38 weeks. Plus they calculate your due date from your last period. Use all this info to know your conception date or ask your obgyn for an approximate conception date. Also why were you not using protection with someone you just started dating 4 months ago. A baby is a lifelong commitment with that person when birth control might save you that commitment. But congrats and hope all works out well for you.

They are pretty accurate-give or take 2 weeks

there pretty accurate but we had been trying to get pregnant and i new the exact date of my last period and they were about a week off now that am 35 weeks and i guess he is so developed I'm almost 3 weeks off

I think they are accurate, but sometimes it really can't tell, that is what I think.
