About how much does it cost to have someone build a website for a company?

My wife just had a website build for er company and it cost then about 2 thousand. I know you can do it yourself with FrontPage by Microsoft if u choose to do so. I think it depends on your needs.
If u use FrontPage buy the book and be prepared to spend some time learning. It aint a 2 hour task!

Depends on how complicated you want it .. a simple site of a couple of pages would typically run about $250 - $400
