Well, a lot of the reason that Bush was voted in the first time was beacause of the way the American people are. Once a certain party has been in control for a while, they want the other party for a while. In this case, they had had enough of the Democratic Party, so they wanted a Republican. The second time was just mixed feelings. Some people wanted Bush to go because of the War in Iraq and other things. But, some people agreed that he had done a good job handling things up until then. I am a Republican, so I support Bush. The next presidential election, I could almost bet a lot of money that a Democrat will most defiantely win. As you can see now, the Democrats have taken over Congress. I think people are tired of Republicans now. The elections are probably going to go back annd forth for a while with Democrats and Republicans, at least while this war is going on.

Hope this helps.

Because Kerry was a wimp, and Bush seemed to be trying to fight for our rights. I don't know why he gets such a bad rap anyways, I don't think people really know what is going on in Washington right now and how much he really is saving our butts (stuff that can't be publicized or it would cause panic.) I agree he's made a lot of mistakes, but I also know of other things he's done to keep us safe that most of the country doesn't even know about. And the thing is, everyone is mad at him for these acts, but if he didn't do them, everyone would be complaining that he wasn't doing enough to keep us safe.

we didn't, both elections were farces of immense magnitude----I'm not being sarcastic, read about it. He did not win the "Popular vote" in the first election. He only won due to the "electoral" votes. Add the "hanging chad" business in his brother's state of Florida, and it completes the picture. It's in our history, look it up. And just because we didn't vote for him, or agree with him, doesn't mean that we don't "support" our president. We love our country, and our soldiers. That's what America is about, freedom to choose and speak out about what's wrong also!

I have a lot of respect for Busch the way he stood up against the terrorists.
I don't live in the US but I wish America nothing but the best and whoever the people choose for President is fine with me.

That's only because many of the Republicans voted that time.

Because since 9/11, there have been no major terrorist attacks on US soil. And the economy is still doing well.

Because he was the lesser of two evils. And he looks like he'd be a hoot to get stoned with.
