Maybe, But I have two questions for you: when you get married do you want everyone to be staring at the back of your neck "admiring" your tattoo? When your old and your skin is wrinkled like old peoples skin gets are you going to like that tattoo then? Regardless of what the tattoo is you need to take that in to serious consideration before doing so, especially since how most employers happen to look at overall appearance, and a tattoo might be a strike against you.

It might. Buy some good waterproof makeup like they use in the theater or even on dead people! That stuff is hard to come off! Good luck.

I do not think so but if that tattoo makes a criminal identify you, it will make going undercover extremely difficult.
