What are some cool ways to customize a plain tee shirt??

tie-dye, of course. beading and embroidery look great and provide a fun activity for a winter evening.

Take markers and have your friends/family/coworkers sign it, tie rubber bands around it and out it in a tub of fabric dye (that will make it look like a tie dye shirt), Take fabric paints and find some stencils....the ideas are numerous! Just have fun and it will be a beautiful shirt!!

Cut the sleeves off. Seriously. Showing off the upper arm, a nicely developed quadricep..mmm!

cut out collar first and w/out question...cut out or slice up sleeves and shirt bottom(creating tassels), slices strategically placed down front and sides, and last but not least, the use of safety-pins on long slices...and dont forget paints and iron-ons..GL
