I think that's definitely a pile of bull.

First, who's deciding who should breed with whom? I don't need the government or even my neighbors telling me whether I should have children or not. What criteria are there? I'm going to be a little haughty, but I'm smarter than your average bear...Yet I'm no (insert popular attractive actress here). If spelling and grammar were criteria, I don't think you'd pass the test.

Secondly, why do you need to be allowed to have multiple marriages? Single people have sex just as well as married people. Included in this is if you have 30 kids, who's supporting them? More than likely, you don't have the funds to do so. Tax payers shouldn't get stuck paying welfare for your kids because you think you've got the genes the society needs.

Third in line, you're interferring with "human rights." If unattractive high school drop outs want to breed, who am I, or anyone else, to stop them? It doesn't matter what I think, maybe they think that I shouldn't breed and they may very well be right. Trying to create a "perfect" society in this manner starts to sound like something Hitler would do. First we get rid of the Jews, then the handicaps, the gypsies....

Forthly, selectively breeding people would create undesirable traits in the offspring and society itself. People are stuck on themselves as it is, and so you've demonstrated. Do we need a whole country of people that think at such a microistic level? I certainly don't want that. And this creates the problem of "when is enough, enough?" People will always want to be prettier, smarter, faster, etc.

And these are only unthought out reasons against it. I'd hate to have the time to build a descent argument against it, though it might be interesting...It looks like I took this question a little too seriously, lol. But that's ok, if I'm going to answer it, I'd rather not do a half assed job.

The royal families of Europe tried that to keep the blood royal and ended up inbreeding so much that mental and physical problems resulted. Like it or not the inferior are necessary to provide diversity.

Considering your spelling and grammar, YOU would be in the "not allowed to birth a child" group.

.In theory it is plausible with the right breeding and correct conditioning through maturity but as they say a worm will spoil an apple and it takes one bad apple to rot out the entire basket.

Those are all qualities (except for intelligence) that are taught ...not bred.
