The Arizona Cardinals. They crapped their pants in the fourth quarter against Chicago. Dennis Green had a huge meltdown, and it looks like the players have quit on the season. You can't say the Raiders are the worst team in the NFL because Oakland beat Arizona soundly in head-to-head competition.

Arizona is the only team in the league with less than 2 wins
at this point in the season, so they are the worst team in the
NFL by definition, since it's all about wins and losses in terms
of what really matters.
