i just read that some small children that died had their overies stolen by researchers who are trying to develop them in order to make mature eggs and hopefully inseminate them.

That sounds more like an urban legend that actual fact. Do you have a source? I know that in this country it is strictly illegal to take organs from a deceased person (or living for that matter) without their expressed permission. If people could just take organs as they wanted, they wouldn't have people sign up to be organ donors on their driver's license.

Last I checked, rape is illegal, and that is what you are describing.

It is a violation, not an "infringement" on rights. Without permission from the families, this is not possible without legal recourse.
