No, I believe Nancy Pelosi, who has said they will not be seeking impeachment. She expressed there is too much to accomplish to let the Congress get snarled up in impeachment proceedings. I think she's right. I'd like to see him impeached, I think he richly deserves it. But, I'll respect the Democrats more for turning their full attention to the war, the economy and our safety in this country than for seeking revenge. On a side note, Bush already invited Pelosi to lunch, I couldn't believe the fit of giggles that gave me lol.

Maybe, but I just don't think it would be wise. Bush will be very restricted with what he can do, and an impeachment process will only show that the dems are no different than republicans.
Let Bush ride out his term...with no political ground to stand on, he will be a lame duck anyways.

Catch up on the days news. Pelosi said early today that IMPEACHMENT IS OFF THE TABLE!!!!! If she is a woman of her word, then there will be impeachment.

Never going to happen. The president has done nothing even near impeachable. Besides, I'm sure that every liberal wants to impeach Bush and have Dick Cheney be the president.

No. There's nothing to impeach. Everything the president has done in office has been supported or ignored by the congress. They're fully complicit.

I'm a Democrat and I don't think Bush should or can be impeached. At this point it would be too disruptive to our country.
I just want him to just consider the other side.....now he'll have to.

I expect there will be talk about it & quite possibly hearings in the House Judiciary Committee. Hopefully, there will be enough adults around to stop it early on. I wouldn't bet on that though.

On what grounds?!
Seriously, you folks kill me. It's understandable that you can disagree with the president but if we impeached every president that did anything disagreeable, then every president would be impeached!

Rest assured - the Democrats will not open up that Pandora's Box.
They have too many skeletons in their own closets (that's a metaphor for "too much cash in their own freezers")

I certainly hope so. If they wanted to make Ms Hillary run things until the next election, I would vote for her...
