Have you ever felt like you have no idea who you are? like you dont know how to explain yourself to other people? Kinda lost, and confused about what type of person you are?
Ok, weird question i know.... i just was curious if anyone ever feels like I do right now....

Oh yea. I feel like that all the time. Sometimes I think that different people see a different side in me....And all those sides are truly me, I think. I don't like defining myself, it would take too much explaining...why would we even want to explain ourselves and give a solid definition of who we are when people are going to see in us only what we project anyway. I believe that we constantly change and yes for that reason it is hard to explain. It is easy to define other people because it is based on the judgements you've made about them. Surely nobody wants to create a one stereotypical view of themselves.

Are you a teenager like me? I feel confused A LOT. I think most of it is that i am kinda trapped. I feel really old like i could do everything myself...yet i am stuck begging for rides because i can't drive. I feel independent and at the same time i still rely on my parents for a lot of things. I think they influence (not on purpose) my ideas quite a bit too. If i was on my own i could focus more on my ideas and beliefs rather than my parents and how i compare to them. I think if i had a little more freedom and independence then i would be able to find myself...i would have to
You may be older and then that would be pretty much irrelevant but hey u never know maybe you are a 15 year old trapped in a 30 year olds body or something crazy like that. I hope i can help...

Yes, I felt like that lots of times, especially if I'm real tired or don't feel good. Even when I'm just down in the dumps for no reason.

I think it is a kind of teenager thing. A lot of people feel that way in middle school and high school. But that's what these years of our lives are for, figuring out who you are and who you will be.

No, that's not weird, good question. Yes I think that happens a lot. Something we naturally go through as we are growing older.

Yeah, all the time. It is hard to know who you are especially if you under stress or feeling strong emotions like anger, sadness, etc.

IF YOU REALLY STOP AND THINK ABOUT IT, IT'S NOT A WEIRD QUESTION AT ALL.
I THINK WE ALL GO THROUGH THAT AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER. IT'S A PART OF GROWING UP. THAT'S WHAT PEOPLE MEAN WHEN THEY TALK ABOUT FINDING THEMSELVES.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, YOU REALLY DON'T HAVE TU JUSTIFY YOURSELF TO ANYONE OTHER THAN GOD AND YOURSEF. AFTER ALL, YOU HAVE TO ANSWER TO GOD, YOU CAN'T ESCAPE HIM, AND YOU HAVE TO ANSWER TO YOURSELF, FOR YOU CAN'T ESCAPE YOUSELF EITHER.
THOSE ARE THE ONLY TWO PEOPLE YOU NEED TO WORRY ABOUT ANSWERING TO. EVERYONE SLES IS SECONDARY, AND YOU NEED NOT ANSWER TO THEM IF YOU DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE SOING SO.

ive been feeling like this alot lately.... i just started thinking about life and my future and started feeling this way... so atleast i know now im not the only one
