Base, blush.
Then powder to set. Be sure to put powder on your eyelids to make a good surface for the eye shadow/liner and to make sure it doesn't weep off by the end of the day.
For the eyes -- I do eyeliner first and then eyeshadow, to blend in the eye liner and make it less harsh. Others want a more dramatic look, so do eye shadow and then eyeliner.
Then blush.
Powder it all lightly to set.
Then mascara, then lipstick.
If you use brow definer, then that's after the powder, too.

A lot of this depends on your skin type. I use a couple of light dustings of powder as I have oily skin.
Put the powder on with a brush (oily skin, with that pad); be sure to dust it on lightly with circular/downward motions. Too heavy, or brushing up, it catches in all those fine little hairs on your face and leaves you with that weird, dusty old-lady look.

Just have fun with it. It's all just a game.

foundation spread all over face, concealer under eyes with ur ring finger cuz its the softest finger around the eye area, powder with a brush then the sponge then use brush to remove excess powder off, eyeshadow use light then go darker, on the outer sides is the darkest , eyelliner pencil in ur eye area 3 times back and fourth, then on the outer corner make a nice line to give u a sexy affect, mascara add two coats, after u do this add a little more eyeshadow to darken the outer sides, blush 2 colors, light then a bronzy or a fruity color, lipstick, with a gloss but i use lipliner its nicer than lipstic, and finish off with blush again t zone area. i love clinique i have it and i do it like this and i look like the models in the magazines its so nice

eyeshadow, base with a sponge or brush, ( you should add concealer) powder, blush , eyeliner, mascara and lipstick-- also try a lipliner too--

The reason I mention eyeshadow first is because if the powder gets on your cheeks or nose as you are applying it you can wipe it off without disturbing your base. But always tap off the eyeshadow brush of excess eyeshadow to also avoid this problem.

1 base blend evenly on top of moisturized skin.
2 powder- dust lightly on entire face, including eyelids, less is more, but be sure to get your nose, forehead and cheeks
3 eye liner- line top of eye close to lashes
4 eyeshadow- apply on lid to soften liner and to provide contrast, you can do a light color on the browbone, dark shade in the crease, and med shad on lid.
5 mascara- should be directions, apply carefully
6 blush- dust on apple of cheeks, smile and apply in a circular motion ( I apply after powder to prevent streaky, fake looking blush)
7 lip stick- lightly apply to lips, blot with tissue, top with clear gloss

Base... with sponge
Powder... then brush loose excess off
Eyeshadow.... brush loose excess away from cheeks or wherever it shouldn't be.
Eyeliner.... with thin brush ... hold eye taut and with steady hand apply from inside to outer edge and taper out slightly.
Mascara.... apply powder to lashes and put on second coat for thicker fuller lashes.... clean up smudges if necessary.
Blush..... sweep gently across outer upper cheeks and remove any excess.
Lipstick last and clean any off teeth. Blot with tissue. Can powder over and put on second coat if you want but I always think this makes things too cluggy.

Remember less is more.

Go out and wow them!!!
