And what does it mean when you look at pics of Angelina Jolie you feel even more gorgeous because you both have the similar features, and she is everything you wouldn't dare to be but reminds you of your best friend?

yes. confidence is what makes you beautiful to others. it's what makes you shine. so if you feel beautiful than ppl would think that you're beautiful also. no one likes an unconfident person with little/no self esteem.

If no one is telling you that you're good-looking then it means you're not. At least not in the conventional sense. Believe me, if you are hot then people will let you know.

self confidence is all that a person needs. with your confidence you can always showcase your beauty. when you truely believe that you are beautiful in yourself do the other people see.
when you know you are beautiful, you don't need other people to confirm your views.
