They sound like "jjesssss your a baaaaadazzzzzz!"
Seriously though, it's quite similar to that of a sheep. Differences are a. It's a bit softer of a tone not so deep, and b. it's a shorter tone. The sheep tends to use a few long deep calls, whereas the goat uses soft short calls.

Goat's make a softer "Maaa" sound similar to a sheeps "Baaa" sound, just not as deep.
