you need to identify the cause of your weak nervous system and overcome that. Anthing else will just treat the sysmptoms but will not stop them re-occuring.
Is there a physcial/social/psychological cause (or possibly a mixture of these).
A physcial cause may be underlying condition like a thyroid problem, these can cause sysmptoms of neverousness and anxiety.
Is it socal, is there a specific situation in your life that is causing you stress which is overspilling into other aspects of your life? Take postive action to overcome that situation, ask others for help if you need it. There is no barrier that can not be overcome, as along as you ask for help, and keep asking unitl you get the right help/support.
There could be psychological elements, such as learning to have a weak nervous system from your experiences growing up, reaction to a stressfull life event, or a side effect of depression.
Consider these possible causes then go to see your GP. Dicuss what you think could be the cause. If thre is no medcial explanation ask for a referal to a clinical psychologist.
Psychological treatment may be psychotherapy, exploring and provding closure on issues in childhood
or cognitive behavioural therapy, teaching you think in more constructive ways and exposing false belifes you have about yourself- for example, do you really have a weak nervous system or this what you belief, our beliefs are a powerful influence on our feelings and behaviour even if they are not true! so if you expect to have a weak nervous, then you will- this is called psychosomatic, it happens unconciously.
or mindfulness cognitive therapy, a meditative approach to getting perspective on our thoughts.
Please do not worry about asking for help, we all need support at some time.
All the best x

Examine your thoughts.Do not let your imagination run away with you.Your body is responding to your fearful beliefs.Your fears are like a runaway train.Apply the brakes, learn to delete those thoughts that arouse fear when your common sense says that everything is OK.Change the programming(beliefs)that you react to automatically.Practice, practice, you body will respond.
