It was cancelled in the middle of Season 2. As I remember, the last episode that was aired in TV is the episode where Tru & Jack Harper work together to save life (Christmas edition I guess). After that, it was said because the rating wasn't high enough, so the next episodes won'y be continued again.
Maybe also the storyline, some people don't really like it.
Well, some fans keep fighting so the episodes will be continued.

I read that the actors simply called it quits. They went back to Canada. Elisia Dushku or something like that. That was one great show, wasn't it? The show started to go downhill, though, when the father got involved, remember? and the brother was hot!

It was cancelled after the first season due to poor ratings.

Well, they brought it back for a few episodes, but the ratings just weren't there so it got canceled.

It was cancelled. But I think I saw it on DVD at Best Buy.
