I'm looking for stuff like plaid baggy pants and like bright pink or green bandanas, as well as colorful shirts with weird designs such as an ice cream come and rainbows on it.Similar to the designs you see on Hello Kitty T shirts.

I would try consignement and thrift stores in your area. Goodwill and Salvation Army stores are a good place to start. You never know what you will find there.

I've found all kinds of stuff at garage sales and they pretty much give it away, especially if it's out of style.

Used or consignment shops are good, If you want new I would go to trendy type boutiques.
