I recently had a bladder infection and this is when it came out. i don't know if it could be from that or not.

If it is so painful that you want to scream, you need to be checked for herpes.

You didn't say where on your vagina the bump was. If it is external it is most likely a boil which is caused by a virus, considering you just had an infection, it may be your bodies natural defenses in removing the virus. If this is the case, you should hot pack it and bring it to a head and let it drain and apply antibiotic cream to the area.
If it is internal, I would recommed seeing your gyn as it may be something more serious such as herpes or as insignificant as an ingrown hair. Its better to be safe and know. Good luck to you.

If you shave it could be that too. Bladder infections normally don't give you bumps. Or it could be a hair bump. If it has puss, get it checked out

I think you should go get a check up to ease your mind for sure. Thats the only way to know for sure.

have you had unsafe sex with someone you don't know? if u did then it may be an STD like trichomoniasis... i just learned about this in health class.. either way u should go check a doctor

i would get it checked out it could be genital warts
