Your best bet is to go down to a music store and actually try several guitars out for yourself.
No one can tell you what will feel right for you.
I tell my students to sit and play with different instruments even if they don't know how to play just yet, they can feel what they like.
A few things to look for:
Are the strings hard to push down?
Do my fingers reach across all the way?
The feel of the guitar against your body and right hand.
I played a "cheap" bass professionally for about 13 years because it always felt good to me.
Never judge by price, judge by how it feels to you

I bought a Schecter C-1 Classic about 4 yrs ago and it fits that description to a tee. It also features a sculptured heel that is the most comfortable I've ever played. I'd recommend that guitar to anyone - flawless build, USA setup, SD pickups, good price. You can also try A Jackson. My RRV is from the early 90's, and I'd recommend one from the 80's to mid 90's as Jackson has been Fender owned for some time. That particular guitar has the largest neck and frets I've played, sometimes refered to as a "shredder" neck. You can also try Gibson. While the neck and frets are somewhat upsized, I don't find my les paul to be quite as large as the Schecter or Jackson. Some Ibanez are known for similar features, and I believe they call those necks Wizard and Wizard II necks. Open to corrections, haven't speced out guitars in ages.

You really need to try several guitars out. No single manufacturer can lay claim to being more friendly to people with large hands.
Fret size has very little to do with the size of hands or fingers.

No diff really, you could play the same guitar , same frets , etc. as a person with short stubby fingers. There is no rule.
