Its all makeup and photoretouching. If you shave your armpits will be whatever color they are, usually they are more pale than the rest of your body because its rarer for them to get as much sun. If you want use talc to lighten them a bit.

I don't think so, but most of them get there armpit hair removed with laser hair removal that's why it's so shiny and white.
