No, Snerdly is a nickname that Rush made up and gave to his call screeners during the early years of his national show. There were actually several Snerdlys. If I remember correctly, the longest running of these was Bo Snerdly (real name James Golden).◘

Maybe not his real name, because many people who are dumb hate Rush Limbaugh and all those who work for/with him. Because of this, Rush gives his call screeners nicknames so that said stupid people cannot find those employees and do possible harm to them and/or their families. Damn liberals...GRRR!!!
