Bittorrent
If you google bittorrent it will come up with many clients for bittorrent. There are many many sites that do torrents and many many clients that will help you find those sites and songs.
One which is quite popular but no where near the most popular is bitcomet (bitcomet.com).
It's easy and though many sites aren't legal and those sites may come and go, there are litterally gazillions of new sites popping up all the time.
By the way there are also many LEGAL and legitimate reasons for using bittorrent clients. It's not all pirate stuff.

It isn't free, but I really like allofmp3.com or legalsounds.com they have just about anything you can think of and the quality is great. I usually pay about $1/album. Allofmp3 actually lets you download better quality than itunes in many cases.
They are super easy to use as well.
