at late night fast food places like jack in the box and burger king there is a sign on the drive thru that says they won't serve walk up customers. my experience is that they won't serve people on bikes or skateboards either... but do they serve customers on motorcycles?

Yes. I work at Whataburger and you are welcome to come through the drive thru on a motorcycle.

Yes, they will serve you on any motorized vehicle. The reason for not serving people who walk up or use bikes and skateboards is safety. They do not want to be responsible for someone getting hurt around other cars in the drive-thru.

I can't see why they'd turn down anybody who showed up at their window - money is money. If in doubt, call before you go.
