is there someone that WILL tell me what the heck happened to my iTunes library?

i seem to have lost my library when i hit a button and allowed my i Tunes to update.
WHY
AND WHERE IS MY MUSIC!!!!!!!!!!!!

Point your itunes toward your music folder. itunes - file - browse for folder. Then select the location of your music usually - my documents- my music - itunes - itunes music. That should fix the prob.
